The Will County Humane Society would like to help you memorialize your beloved pet. Below you will find an application to complete and forward to the society. You may commemorate any animal that you wish to. There is a $25.00 annual fee which will include a picture and a brief statement about the pet which will remain on the site for a year. At this time this is the sole option.
